Billing Services

Our billing staff will coordinate payment with your insurance. This includes preparing all supporting documents, preauthorization if required by your insurance, as well as verifying and maximizing insurance benefits so that you pay the minimum out-of-pocket cost. We will work with a variety of payment sources such as private insurance, worker's compensation plans, private pay, drug card plans, Medicaid, and Medicare including Part D. Due to the specificity of Medicare and Medicaid coverage, one of our billing specialists will be available to discuss these topics with you on an individual basis.
